For this game, Steam just runs dosbox\launcher.exe, according to SteamDB — so, actually, DOSBox/Launcher.exe relative to the game's top-level directory. I assume that Windows executable is then responsible for running DOSBox/DOSBox.exe with the appropriate arguments. There's a DOSBox/launcher_settings.cfg containing the following:

BinaryPath=dosbox.exe
Arguments=-noconsole -conf wolf3d.conf -conf wolf3d_single.conf -fullscreen

I'm not familiar with the format of the TWEAKS_DB dictionary in Boxtron's tweaks.py, but it appears to be intended for special cases like this. Given that this game is apparently supported by Luxtorpeda (at least with ECWolf according to this page but perhaps not with DOSBox), I don't know if there will be any official fixes coming to Boxtron for those of us who stubbornly continue to use it. However, I assume there's no reason tweaks.py can't be modified in-place after Boxtron is installed, if someone knows what should go in that file in order to make Boxtron replace Steam's DOSBox/Launcher.exe command with the arguments above.
