dprint doesn't format unsaved new tab

Steps to reproduce

1. open a new tab
2. paste some unformatted code (JSON for example)
3. format document
4. get error "Extension 'Dprint Code Formatter' is configured as formatter but it cannot format 'JSON'-files"
