[Swift Bindings] Unable to bind to Apple Matter framework

The documentation indicates that instead of an .ABI, a Framework can be specified but there is no example of this, and it is not clear how to handle the .dylib because there doesn't appear to be one on the development machine. My use-case is to bind the Matter.framework ideally without creating a lot of Obj-C interop.
