IPAddress.ScopeId/Address exception messages should mention IPv4/IPv6

is it feasible to improve the exception message or stack trace then?

This actual message was not very informative:

System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (95): Operation not supported
   at System.Net.IPAddress.ThrowSocketOperationNotSupported()
   at System.Net.IPAddress.get_ScopeId()

In fact, for some time I thought this error was related to a concurrent execution bug.
