Seems like in NativeAOT COM code, we need to add a catch in the System.Runtime.InteropServices.ComWrappers.ManagedObjectWrapper.QueryInterface, at least around customQueryInterface.GetInterface. Otherwise we get the same issue as I've fixed for coreclr.
