[iOS] Previous Position in PositionChangedEventArgs Not Updating Correctly in CarouselView(CV2)

Description

When handling the PositionChanged event in a CarouselView, the PreviousPosition property of the PositionChangedEventArgs does not update as expected. Specifically, when items are added to the CarouselView at index 0, the PreviousPosition value incorrect.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the ApplicationCarouselViewIssue 24.zip
2. Add items and observe the previous position value.

Actual Behavior:
The Previous position does not update correctly after adding items dynamically.

This issue has been verified in VS Code (v1.99.3) with version (9.0.0, 9.0.60 && 9.0.70). It can be reproduced on the iOS platform.

Note: This issue only occurs on CV2, not reproduced in CV1.
