Picker Items are not Displaying on macOS

Description

Picker Items are not visible on macOS when title is set.

Steps to Reproduce

Run the repro project on macOS and try to select items from the picker. The items are not visible. If title is not set the items are visible.

This issue has been verified Visual Studio Code 1.96.4 (9.0.30 & 9.0.22 & 9.0.0 & 8.0.100). Can repro this issue on macOS platform.
