Question: Are release notes about roslyn 4.13 accurate?

This commit from May seems to have bumped roslyn to 4.14. It looks to me like it was included in the latest release.

Should the release notes maybe mention 4.14 instead of 4.13?

This is kind of important for me, because I have a custom source generator, and if it targets a higher version of Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.CSharp then docfx, the building of my site fails.

docfx 2.78.4 depends on Roslyn 4.14
So there is wrong documentation in the release notes.
