This PR is an attempt to update the release json files (single release json) for .NET 8.0, 9.0 and 10.0. This change is to update the prior json schema by removing redundant key value pairs:
release-date": "", "release-version": " ", "security":since they are declared within the "release" object and become outdated when with a new release.This helps towards making the release.jsons more immutable.
