Consolidates the
MongoDBContainerResourceintoMongoDBServerResourceas discussed in offsite. Also adds some extra config so its not necessary to login to Mongo Express (since we use the default creds anyway for inner loop).Microsoft Reviewers: Open in CodeFlow
