[Installers] Validation tests for rpm and deb #16042
Description
DEB and RPM packages contain a lot of metadata that is important for proper installation using package managers.
Current installer validation is doing the offline testing using rpm and dpkg commands, that can not discover all potential problems, i.e. missing package dependencies.
