Android 16 Quarterly Platform Release 2 (QPR2) Beta 2 has been released.

The Android 16 QPR2 Milestones and updates section indicates that Beta 2 is API stable!

We're not yet ready to do the enumification work, though.

Bind API-36.1 Beta 2 as an unstable, un-enumified binding.
