Add support for RFC 6113 Pre-auth and FAST #170

The Kerberos protocol has some weaknesses because it relies on potentially weak passwords to protect tickets. RFC 6113 provides a mechanism to protect those secrets as well as adds additional functionality for generalized pre-auth mechanisms.
