Provide examples/references to avoid unauthorized content display during prerendering

Per dotnet/aspnetcore#43492 (comment), we should be able to cross-link the framework's implementation of ServerAuthenticationStateProvider, which handles it correctly. Devs should be able to mirror it in their own custom auth state provider code to correctly handle prerendering.
