Summary

extract connection pool helpers into new db/connection.py
move SQL helpers into db/queries.py
shrink postgresql_client.py to a thin wrapper

Testing

python -m pytest -q packages/clip-processor-py/test/test_queue.py (fails: No module named pytest)
