attach to usb device failed

Hi Team, I am able to list and bind the usb devise but when i try to attach it fails with follwoing error.
usbipd: error: Unable to run 'usbip' client tool. Please report this at https://github.com/dorssel/usbipd-win/issues.

I am trying to attach my USB device using power shell using the command " usbipd attach --wsl --busid 3-4". getting the error

"usbipd: info: Using WSL distribution 'Ubuntu' to attach; the device will be available in all WSL 2 distributions.
usbipd: error: Unable to run 'usbip' client tool. Please report this at https://github.com/dorssel/usbipd-win/issues."

I am using Windows 10 and Wsl has ubuntu (5.15.167.4-microsoft-standard-WSL2) installed. usbipd version 4.0.0 please help me to resolve this issue.

4.0.0 is rather old. Try upgrading.

I tried with installing different versions 4.1.0, 4.2.0 4.30. 4.4.0 4.4.1, and finally 5.0.0 result is same.
