- Fixed several issues (#338, #382, #383, #384, #423, #428)
- Fixed problems with the QA evaluation by removing the handling of emerging entities (which should not occur in QA)
- Implemented the storage of more fine-grained evaluation results as a preparation for future feature development
- Added a CI pipeline
