They were displaying at leas one .0 at all times, even if the step was set to 1. Also replaces the scale fields in the character editor with NumberField scene.

Number fields defaulted to a minimum of 0, which meant negative offsets were no longer possible. This has been fixed.
Additionally the display of integer fields (when step is 1) no longer displays a fractional .0 at all times.
Replaces the Scale SpinBoxes in the character editor with NumberField.
