Line-endings not configurable

When fetching a git repo or an svn repo on windows, the contents is the same, except for the line endings.
The user has no direct control.

This issue also manifests itself when adding a project on windows with CRLF and checking for changes or updating on linux with CR. Then the calculated hash differs. This results in DFetch showing local changes during a check.
