[Question] (how to) Send Status to 10K Contacts Manually - image or video

Hi, I wanted to understand about sending statuses by contacts,
when sending pictures or videos. - Is there a issue or is there a special trick?

In the documentation, there is an example for just text and it works great for me.

But when sending a picture or video, I get a 500 error.

I tried following the last example in Postman and it didn't work for me either.

I would love to hear about directions that will work for me or if there is a issue with this.

I have been going through the same issue with a WhatsApp business account. @devlikepro You need to check and confirm if it has issue with business accounts.

Status Posting with Media Fails on Private Accounts (under 100 contacts)

I’m unable to post WhatsApp Status updates with media (video, voice, or image) using a private account with fewer than 100 contacts.
Posting text statuses works fine in most engines – but any attempt to use media fails.

as a non native speaker i used ai to translate and format the posting as an issue markdown message. I dont get any more messages with more logs.

I did not wanted to spam or offend anyone... Sorry!

What can i do to get more meaningful logs?! If all other users can Post Status Messages with Images then it must be a problem with my WA Account?

Unfortunately the failed logs are no longer available.

The account was WhatsApp Business and the engine was GOWS

I have now switched back to the NOWEB engine and it seems to be working good but without the advanced capabilities of GOWS

hi a Small update.

So as I wrote now it really works and is sent but when sending by ID it doesn't work properly yet in media.

In text you can send to several people from the same status ID
but when sending a picture or video it creates a new ID for each chunk of people
And this is problematic

I would appreciate it if you could check this again and fix it.

I am attaching here an example from Postman of how the call should be sent according to your documentation.
