I don't understand notifications

Hello! I installed waha in order to use it with uptime-numa. Messages are sent but no notification.
I tried using a 11111 number so that I don't send myself. I tried setting presence to offline from swagger and then sending a message, still no notification.

I saw some questions regarding this but tbh I did not see an answer that is clear.

Hi!
You need to send a message from your number to another your number (not connected to WAHA may be) so you get the notification when uptime kuma send it
