Description
We are working on integrating the Lighthouse Document Service to replace the Claim Letter Downloader tool that utilizes VBMS. Some of this work has already been done in this pull request and web has already switched over to utilizing this new service. We will need to verify that the data being produced by the new LH service matches what we expect and respond to the FE with.
