Offline mode accessible to logged in users

Description

As a mobile app user who is logged in to the app, I am able to continue accessing the app if it goes offline while I am logged in.

As part of this story we want to:

• Offline mode is accessable to users who are logged in.
• Out of scope of MVP: Offline mode accessible to users who are not logged in (i.e. - with MVP we are not allowign users to log in while offline and access the app).

Acceptance Criteria

• If an app user is logged in to the app, and the app goes offline, they are able to access offline mode functionality
• If a user is not logged into the app and they are offline, then they will not be able to log into the app
• If a user logs out of the app while the app is offline, they will not be able to re-log in until the app reconnects to the internet.

Notes & Open Questions

• Any internal/external dependencies?

• Test accounts needed?

• Does this require QA? If so, is there a clear test plan?
