Digital Cash Warning: RollCallId not defined

Description (Actual behavior)

When opening an account (Coin Issuance or Roll Call) in the Digital Wallet, a warning appears via a toaster: "RollCallId not defined warning, cannot generate PoP token".
Both the sending cash and coin issuance work, despite this warning.

Expected behavior

No warning should appear

How to reproduce

1. Open Menu
2. Click on 'Digital Cash'
3. Click on 'Coin Issuance' or a Roll Call
4. Toaster should appear
