Change problem icons of editor and outline like in preferences

With Version 1.4.0 the possibility to setup error level was introduced:

But the editor does only show up error icon on errors, but no warning or information.
Also the outline view does always use an error icon :

Editor and outline view should use same icon as designated error level - so its coherent

I decide to show only the error entry in outline when DEBUG mode enabled. Normaly its too much information and too obtrusive.
