Found variables shall be available in code completion

Situation

Inside outline I have a variable "TEST_FOLDER" but when pressing Ctrl + Space there is no code suggestion for "$TEST_FOLDER"

Wanted

Code completion shall provide the test variables as well.

Remark: The simple code completion DOES suggest "TEST_FOLDER" but not "$TEST_FOLDER". So typing a $ + Ctrl + Space does not show it up...
