• Swap back to adminer from adminerevo #31

How This PR Solves The Issue

• Uses adminer:standalone
• Adds .ddev/.env.adminer
• Uses docker-compose configs https://docs.docker.com/reference/compose-file/configs/ (I didn't know about them.)
