Memory leak in lighttable

Describe the bug

Switching between filtered collection, e.g. tags and successively hovering over or selecting images leads to steadily leaking memory until darktable is killed by the OS due to a out-of-memory exception, see captured screencast.

Steps to reproduce

See attached screencast, in lightable:

• switch between filtered collections, e.g. tags
• hover over images quickly or even select them

Cannot reproduce. F42 KDE Wayland Nvidia. Can you reproduce without openCL?

It might have been an issue with a weird darktable build which included a half working map feature. In the video there is evidence that map function code was run while only being in lighttable mode. After deleting my build and install folder and re-building I realized that the map code wasn't even build due to missing osm lib dependencies, so my suspicion is that a very old map library was used and somehow lead to leaking memory.
I'll confirm in the next days, brief testing after cleaning the folders couldn't reproduce the issue anymore.
