intermittent dapr service invokation issue

Hi team,

I am facing an intermittent issue while invoking service.

error invoking app <app-id>: 500 Internal Server Error

and the issue disappears without even restarting the dapr app.

Following is the snapshot for proof of the issue.

go-sdk: 1.12.0

This issue is resolved after I have restarted my pc, maybe an app was blocking network.

However I would like to point out that dapr logger wasn't showing right messages on the logs and it was very frustrating
