🎯 Objective: Allows error message to be changed easily in Librechat.yaml instead of having to go to the code and can be reusable in other areas easily.
🔍 Details: This PR is allows the custom error message to be changed in the .yaml file instead of having to go to the codebase, which allows easier customization for multiple deployments.
✅ Status: Ready for review.
