[Enhancement]: Add MCP server timeout setting #6196

What features would you like to see added?
Currently, every MCP tool call has a timeout of 60 seconds, and there is no way to change this timeout. However, some MCP tools require longer time for execution (long running SQL queries, etc).
As I understand, the TypeScript SDK provides the timeout parameter. Can we pull this parameter to the librechat.yaml?

See above - the timeout for MCP servers call should be configurable.
