[Bug] Summary.mht links refer to physical file references and not offsets in the mht page(s)

Now it basically the same as HtmlSummary. You are no longer able to navigate to the details pages, JavaScript is blocked.

This is not how mht files are supposed to operate.
Use the steps recorder to see that clickable links still work in mht

Every document within the MHT file has a content location.

In past it was possible to link from one file within the MHT file to another one:

If this is now a But that does not seem to work any more in modern browsers. => Wont fix.
Then the Summary.mht needs to be "Just that" and not a massive file !
AND: then to have something that is a single downloadable entity that performs the same job (i.e. a single md format file?)

Ok, Visual Studio barfs trying to view a 4MB MD file
Cannot (Not allowed) to install edge extensions so cannot be viewed in browser.

What about a "Single" html file ? (i.e. the replacement for the mhtml)
