[Feature Request] Add authentication

Hi,
Because Kobo Browser don't suport HTTP Basic Authentication
It would be nice to add a simple mechanism that would allow authentication to be enabled before allowing access to the docker send2ereader functionality.

I am attaching here a new version of the modified upload.html file within the zip file with the same name.
This version asks for the password: send2ereader before displaying the page in the browser where the file will be uploaded.
In the ereader browser (Kobo, Kindle, etc.) you will not be asked for a password because the download.html file will not be modified.
