🐛 Hyperlinked file paths in grep output incorrect when not in repo root directory

Hyperlinked file paths in grep output are incorrect when the command is issued from a non-repo-root directory.

This still isn't correct. Hyperlink paths should always be correct. The scenarios are all combinations of

• User has delta relative_paths active, or not
• User has one of git --relative or diff.relative active, or not
• User is in repo root directory, or not
