🐛 Width calculations are incorrect with hyperlinks and side-by-side

It looks like text width calculations are incorrect when both hyperlinks and side-by-side modes are active. I suspect this is because the OSC escape sequences are not taken into account by truncate_str in the console library. cc @navarroaxel @Kr1ss-XD Ref #257
