What is the issue?

There's no clear example or instruction on how to use GitHub CI Custom Runners of Dagger and for example K8s. e.g, your Github Custom runner is a K8s runner, but you also have dagger installed on the K8s cluster -

• Do you use this github action?
• Do you set the _EXPERIMENTAL_DAGGER_RUNNER_HOST dynamically if the helm chart updates Dagger Engine?
• Should the Github Action / CI be defining this or should the runner have dagger pre-installed and configured and no dagger github action is needed?
