Update to EnrichmentMap Pipeline Tutorial

g:Profiler has changed since the tutorial was last updated. Many of the Advanced Options no longer exist and the location to download the GEM file is located in a different place. Overall, the webpage for g:Profiler also looks different. This makes it challenging to follow the EnrichmentMap Pipeline tutorial. Specifically, the section of the tutorial that demonstrates how to use g;Profiler to generate a GEM file needs to be updated.

Thanks for the note. I will need to update this tutorial but in the meanime I think that a more up to date version can be found here - https://baderlab.github.io/EnrichmentMap_Protocol/
