Updates snapshot metadata to replace old network and telemetry paths with new CJS outputs and adds network-tools entries; updates deferred hash.

• V8 Snapshot (linux) metadata:
  • Switch packages/network entries from lib/*.ts and index.js to cjs/*.js outputs; add cjs/agent.js, blocked.js, ca.js, client-certificates.js, concat-stream.js, connect.js, http-utils.js, index.js, allow-destroy.js.
  • Add packages/network-tools CJS modules (cjs/index.js, cors.js, document-domain-injection.js, uri.js, types.js).
  • Move telemetry from packages/telemetry/dist/... to packages/telemetry/cjs/... (including exporters, processors, node entry, and telemetry index).
  • Update deferredHash value to reflect cache changes.
