When experimentalFastVisibility is enabled, visibility assertions on shadow DOM subjects use the same semantics as non-shadow subjects.
Why is this needed?
The shadow dom limitation is a key semantic difference between the existing "fast" visibility algorithm and the legacy algorithm.
