- micromatch supports more patterns

- hexo recently switched to it
- refactor: switch minimatch to micromatch hexojs/hexo#3538
- refactor repeating micromatch.isMatch() to isMatch() global function
- introduce globOptions
- inspired by Add advanced option globOptions to customise how matching works lint-staged/lint-staged#179
