[feature] Add extension enable/disable #1

Hi cs50!
thanks a lot for this extension.
- i wanted to suggest to add the capability to enable / disable extensions as well.
- it will be a huuuge help for project management
- this is an open feature request at upstream since 2017 & has got > 500 👍 here: Feature Request: Enable/disable extensions from config file microsoft/vscode#40239
