when i try to install with just it fails

using cosmic popos, when i run hust build-release build fails

sh: 1: cargo: not found
error: Recipe build-debug failed on line 25 with exit code 127

i didn't have cargo installed. didnt know that it was needed (or that it was a thing i was missing)

You should install rustup

https://rustup.rs/

It will install rust with cargo into your home directory and will also add to PATH. After running script from this site, you should re-launch your terminal to reload shell. After installing you should be fine :)
