Missing license in pyproject.toml

In the last version release(5.0.1) of flask-cors there is no license added to pyproject.toml. Is it possible to add it?
We are using an automated license checker and it is not able to parse MIT License since the last release.

The root problem is an upstream issue being tracked here pypa/setuptools#4759 astral-sh/uv#9513

If you have any ideas for an idiomatic workaround, please feel free to contribute and update!
