Carrier -> HideFromCheckout should only affect frontend #2847
Description
The checkbox "hideFromCheckout" located in the carrier view leads to hiding the carrier on the actual shop AND the order on behalf view.
Since order on behalf is a backoffice functionality mostly for employees, this should only affect the customers view in the shop.
Besides that, a note like "Hidden From Checkout" should be displayed when choosen in oder-on-behalf.
