Test GPU support enabling via AI Lab home page #1932

Automate the scenario for GPU support enablement.
The configuration is Preferences -> Extension: AI Lab -> Experimental GPU.
It would be also good to make this preferences settings configurable. Ie. I would like to run some suite with CPU vs. with GPU support. If we can influence this via ie. Env. Var. or other way, we could expand running e2e tests on agents with discrete GPU.
Describe the solution you'd like
Make sure that we test that it can be enabled from ai lab home page since 1.3.1.
