Conductor UI task view goes blank #330

Describe the bug
The "Task List", when you click the id, it shows blank.
Also, "Attempt" is unable to switch from "Attempt 1" to "Attempt 0", it is blank.

Conductor version: 3.21.11

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
"Attempt" and individual task shows result in the UI not blank.

Please fix it soon. "Task" view is a big selling point and feature of conductor, now the "Task" is blank.
