Since this code can be installed through pip and ran as a command, i.e.
$ conductor-mcpit's advantageous to allow the ability to create a config file for API keys that can be pointed to from anywhere, i.e.$ conductor-mcp --config ~/.conductor-mcp/config.json.Also updates the readme.
There's a breaking change in that the command line must now use double hyphen for the local_dev flag,
--local_dev.
