Thanks @titusgriebel. I will check this later tomorrow. Meanwhile, it would be great if you could run a quick training for 10k iterations to validate on the test set if this works. |

@anwai98 this tries to implement the CellViT logic (lines 291 ff.) for cell-type-weighted sampling.
