The implementation it's a bit ugly (can't be executed in parallel, duplicate .sh test files with _gpu.sh) , but it works and only do a minor changes on CmakeLists.txt How it works: basically it creates a partmclib_gpu (apart from partmclib) with all files compiled with ENABLE_GPU=ON, and if cuda_found, a new test _gpu test is generated
