Improve widget management dialog

Convert widget toggle checkboxes into toggle-switches to match the visual style of other dialogs
Move Delete and Edit buttons into separate column to the right of widget name so that toggle switches and other actions are separated
Left-align grid column labels to match text alignment of other rows
Change Refr.(s) to Refresh Interval, there is no point to save screen space there.
